Description
Scrunchies have the best shape. The puffiness, the gather, there's nothing else that looks like it. I wanted that as a bag. The problem is fabric flops. It can't hold that shape as a bag, it just collapses. So I 3D printed it instead.
The name comes from a piece of music, Air on the G String. A violinist once took a Bach composition and transposed it onto a single string. Same melody, different medium, somehow more beautiful. That's exactly what this is. Same scrunchie feeling, different material, actually holds its form.
Every piece is sculpted and printed by me in silk PLA+. Smooth, slightly glossy, looks way more luxe in person than anything you'd expect from something printed. Small variations happen between pieces (please refer to photos). That also means yours is a little different from everyone else's.
